Inventory description: Letter, 22 Feb 1792 from Maj John Money, pioneering balloonist and military theorist, Crown Point, Norwich, to Lt William Lee (sic Leigh), 16th Light Dragoons explaining that he is on his way to Paris and if there is war with Austria he is to command a legion of 1000 infantry and 400 cavalry with the rank of major general in the French army.
