15th Lancers Mess Dress jacket of Archibald Gwatkin, 1906
Dark blue mess jacket, with red lining. Jacket has red collar and cuffs decorated with gold braid and lace. Both epaulettes have two gold work rank stars and are decorated with gold lace. 
Two regimental buttons to each cuff, and one to each shoulder.

Gilt metal stud trim down left front opening, and gold lace to hems
The jacket fastens with alternating hooks and eyes. Red piping to back.
