Letter sent to Col R A Hickson from Col Dauglish regarding his Kashmir sketchbook, with envelope, 18 Dec 1908. One of three items relating to Col George Victor Dauglish, 1st and 2nd Bn, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment) from 1881 and was Commanding Officer, 1st Bn, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment), from 1900-1911. Col Dauglish served in the Chitral Relief Force, 1895 and Eastern Transvaal Operations, 1900-1902. From the collection of the former Buffs Regimental Museum.
