Description
117 35mm colour transparencies, 1976. Taken by J M G Halsted, OBE. Associated with the Malakand Field Force, 1897-1898. Transparencies were used by Halsted to illustrate a lecture based on Sir Winston Churchill’s book ‘Frontiers and Wars. The lecture was entitled ‘The Story of the Malakand Field Force’.
