Diarists of the Buffs. Bound typescript volume edited by Gregory Blaxland, a compendium of summaries of diaries written by officers of The Buffs, with a summary of Charles Forrest’s Army service loosely inserted, 1744-1845. Associated with Maj George Nicholson, Capt Charles Ramus Forrest, Lt Robert Blake and Lt Charles A Thompson in India, Germany and Minorca. From the collection of the former Buffs Regimental Museum.
