Map case, 1917-1918 (c); made of khaki drill with a double fold action and inner pocket; outer section has a two stud fastener at the bottom on a strap; inside is a two leaf talc compartment printed with instruction in cartography; the back flap is inscribed and bears side flaps for pencils and service protractors with a signal pad. From a collection of items associated with Lt H G Barker, Staffordshire Yeomanry (Queens Own Royal Regiment).
