Description
Brooch of the Old Comrades Association, Queen Mary’s Army Auxiliary Corps, 1950 (c). Belonged to Regimental Corporal Major Jane Caple. Manufactured by J R Gaunt, London, 1950 (c). Made from enamelled metal in an oval shape, with ‘AAC’ in gold on white in the centre, with an inscribed blue scroll at the top, and a blue border around the edge of the badge. Also enamelled in gold ‘OLD COMRADES/ ASSOCIATION’. With pin on reverse.
