Description
Mk II service kukri, 1915. Inscribed on blade: ‘[two broad arrows]/ CO / IIC / [broad arrow]/ 1915 / 34’. Has a riveted tang, wooden hilt and a metal pommel plate with two rivets. Associated with Gurkha Rifles, World War One (1914-1918). Transition model used in the 1930s.
