Description
Commemorative silver locket, 1915 (c). Belonged to Gnr Robert Caple. Manufacturer unknown. Embossed with a pair of sparring boxers in the centre, the whole surmounted by a crown, with an attachment for the chain. Inscribed around the edge, ‘CARDIFF MILITARY BOXING TOURNAMENT MAY 22nd 1915’. Associated with World War One, Western Front.
