Description
E Company Challenge Cup. Trophy cup, 1943 (c). Tall, tapering and tankard shaped, with handle, made from electroplated silver. Inscription shows the cup to be the 2nd prize for the E Company Challenge Cup inter-platoon competition, 30 May 1943. Associated with Lt Hunt, Lt Sydney Herbert Brewell, P Sgt F S Richmond, No. 3 Pln E Coy 28th London Home Guard, Wandsworth; also inscribed with two lists of names in rank and alphabetical order.
