Cloth embroidered badge, probably awarded for a marksmanship competition at Bisley possibly to Cpl J Herne, 1910 (c). Oval shaped badge surmounted by a Imperial-type crown and with silver lace embroidery on blue cloth with red cloth in the centre. Inscribed, ‘NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION / BISLEY / 1910’. Associated with St George’s Rifle Volunteers, 11th Middlesex Battalion, The Kings Royal Rifle Corps.
