Letter written to the Duke of Cumberland fom Col Alexander Wood, Inspecting Field Officer Southampton, 7 Feb 1804. Including details of three men recruited for the 15th (or the King’s) Regiment of (Light) Dragoons at Gosport by Cornet O'Bryne, asking for details of any regulations against recruiting sailors, which he believes the men to be.
