Letter of Sir Harry Burrard, 1st Bart, Royal Artillery, 1 Jul 1768. Relates to his attempt to get Granby (as MGO) to agree to the payment of additional wages to the gunners at Calshot Castle who had performed additional duties during the two years since the death of Quarter Gunner Bell. He also hoped to have Bell's replacement appointed soon, Burrard was Governor of Calshot Castle and MP for Lymington 1741-1784.
