Front engraved within an oval garter bearing the Garter Motto and surmounted by a monarchial crown, the embellished letter ‘C’, cypher of Queen Charlotte.
Flat tongue shaped hook on the back at the centre and two studs at either lower corner; separate bar with two steel pins worn below the plate.
