Description
Forage cap, peaked, Officer’s No 1 dress, 1964 (c) Manufactured by Scott and Co, London. Green domed wool cloth cap with scarlet cap band. With black stiffened plastic crescent peak, Edge bound with 0.4 cm black plastic. Embroidered cap badge on the front with lion and crown embroidered in gilt thread. Cushion of crown in red wool felt. Jewels in blue and green thread. On a black wool felt background. Black plastic chin strap with anodised aluminium domed button. Grey satin cotton lining on crown and head band. From uniform of Col R M Green, Women’s Royal Army Corps 1964 (c).
