Sir Philip Honywood, photograph of mezzotint after J McArdell, 1744 (c). Honywood raised a Regiment of Dragoons which subsequently became the 11th Hussars. He was appointed the Regiment’s Colonel 22 Jul 1715. One of 6 photographs relating to the 11th Hussars, 1744 (c)-1878.
