Plaque, 1983 (c)-1985 (c). Attached to the centre of the plaque is wooden shield shaped motif of a winged horse and rider. With a metal plate attached to the top inscribed, 'WO1 Sandy Wells/ Apr.83-Sep.85'. Plastic scroll attached to the bottom of the plaque is inscribed, '216 (Para) Sig Sqn 16 Para Bde'.
