Silver snuff-box from the Mess Plate of the 94th Regiment of Foot, 1835 (c). Silver by Benjamin Smith, hallmarked, probably in Exeter, 1835-1836; engraved with trophy of arms and regimental roman numerals, rounded-rectangular in shape, with scrolled-edged top, hinged lids with handles of small fruits with a leaf; gilt inside, with two compartments.
