Scarlet with blue facings. Buttons manufactured by: Buttons Limited Birmingham. Strap fastened with a yellow anodized metal buttons down centre front in pairs. Ten yellow anodized metal buttons down centre front in pairs. The upper nine are each 1 inch in diameter and bear the following regimental design: superimposed upon an eight pointed rayed faceted star a Garter bearing the Garter motto, within which a hatched cross. Written on back bodice lining the name: L/S Hardwick. Stamped on bodice lining: 2nd.
