Description
Officers’ plaid brooch, 3rd (The Buchan Volunteer Bn) Gordon Highlanders, 1885-1908. Silver. Within a frosted scroll with burnished edges, an ivy wreath upon the base of which is a further hatched scroll. Within the wreath a stag’s head issuant from a ducal coronet. Brooch fastening on reverse.
