Description
Buff leather sling for musket, possibly associated with Royal Carmarthen Fusiliers, 1805 (c). Consists of a length of buff leather. One end has two pairs of holes punched through it, one of which has a leather thong passing through, the other of which the thong is tied to attach the sling to the weapon. The other end has a loop of leather attached to it and a 6.5 cm long piece of leather attached via a button.
