Die-struck, mounted, front description: silver Roman numerals within strings of silver bugle, on black or dark-green ground within gold circular garter, the whole upon silver eight-point rayed star with beaded edges to rays.
Design upon universal-pattern plate.
Inscription: mounted, centre transcription: 'XXXII'.
With three lugs behind crown and east/west points of star.
Design attached to plate by lugs with two surviving pins of four.
