Description
Shoulder belt plate, Perthshire Yeomanry, 1798-1803. White metal. Engraved design of a star similar to that of the Order of the Thistle, the uppermost point displaced by a monarchial crown. At the centre of the star, a garter, within which is a thistle. Upon the reverse, a vertical hook below which are two stud fittings.
