Coatee, 3rd Royal Lancashire Militia, worn by Capt T Green, 1818 (c). Scarlet wool cloth with blue wool facings and gilt buttons. The 3rd Royal Lancashire Militia recruited in Blackburn, Preston and Rochdale.
