Frock coat, 6th Dragoon Guards (Carabiniers), worn by Maj Gen N M Smyth VC KCB, 1910 (c). Blue cloth, collar upright, double breasted, gilt metal buttons, lieutenant colonels’ badges of rank on shoulder straps have been removed, medal ribbons on left breast.
