Description
Martini-Henry .45 in Mark II breechloading artillery carbine, 1892 (c). Made by the Birmingham Small Arms Company, 1876. Converted from an earlier Martini-Henry rifle, possibly a Mk I dated 1876; as a second class weapon it was relegated to drill purposes; cleaning rod intact. Issued in 1900. Sold out of service.
