Officers’ kurta, Corps of Royal Engineers, used by Col E Walker, 1930 (c). Khaki cotton drill. Open from neck to lower edge. Single breasted. Five buttons (now absent) from neck to waist with corresponding buttonholes. Stand and fall collar with two worked eyelets for attaching collar badges (now absent) on each front. Pointed cuffs. Three pointed shoulder straps extending onto upper sleeve with eyelet at each corner for attaching shoulder chains (now absent).
