Tunic, full dress, officers’, Flintshire 1st (Buckley) Volunteer Engineers, worn by Maj John Merriman Gibson, 1890 (c). Scarlet cloth, with garter blue velvet piping, upright rounded open collar and pointed cuffs; silver metal thread collar lace, Royal Engineers pattern.
