Tunic, full dress, sergeant, 11th (Railway) Middlesex Rifle Volunteer Corps associated with Andy Metcalfe, 1880 (c) Khaki drab wool cloth, with bronzed buttons marked '11th Middlesex'. Red collar and cuffs edged with gold braid, and red piping to back of tunic. Embroidered ‘11/ MX’ on shoulder straps. On right upper sleeve three rank chevrons with efficiency star above. On lower left sleeve two embroidered metal thread stars, each indicating five years efficient service.
