Silver plated mustard pot, with maker's mark 'E [and] Co' for Elkington and Company, 1833 (c). With hinged lid and handle. Cylindrical, with fretwork sides, the lid bearing the device of the number '82' within a crowned garter bearing regimental title. With blue glass lining. The South Mayo Militia were allocated the precedence number 82 in 1833. Associated with the 82nd South Mayo Rifles, 1833-1835 (c).
