Description
Other ranks button, 1st Devonshire Light Horse Volunteers, 1870 (c) Half domed. Within a raised rim, the following design in relief: a monarchial crown above which is the numeral, '1', and below which are the letters, 'D.V.L.H.'. The maker's name is impressed on the reverse, but is illegible owing to corrosion. The button bears a fixed brass shank.
