Associated with 7th Regiment of Foot (Royal Fusiliers).
Rectangular gilt metal plate bearing the following design in relief: upon the ball a gilt metal, multi-flame grenade, a blue enamelled Garter with gilt roped borders and bearing the pierced gilt metal Garter motto.
Within the Garter is a gilt metal rose.
Above the Garter a gilt monarchial crown and below the Garter the gilt metal numeral, '7'.
The device is attached to the plate by means of two brass loops and a brass pin.
On the reverse a gilt brass hook in each upper corner and a stud of similar metal in each lower corner.
