Regimental football medal awarded to Pte Percy Ridge, 6th London Infantry Brigade, 1922. Silver. Obverse: In the centre the badges of four battalions of the London Regiment, from twelve o’clock clockwise those of the 21st Bn (a Maltese Cross bearing at centre a stringed bugle within a circlet, the cross surmounted by a scroll bearing a motto, above which is a monarchial crown, with a further scroll below the circlet), 24th Bn (a paschal lamb facing dexter on an heraldic wreath, with a scroll below the wreath), 22nd Bn (in a Union Wreath a garter enclosing a paschal lamb facing dexter upon an heraldic wreath, with a scroll on the base of the wreath, the garter surmounted by a monarchial crown) and 23rd Bn (a circlet containing a masonic device, the circlet being above a scroll and surmounted by a monarchial crown). Reverse: Engraved and struck, within a raised rim, inscriptions.
