Manuscript letter from Lt Hutton Watkins, 1st Bengal Native Infantry, to his uncle, James Hutton, dated Delhi December 1810. Contains a detailed description of the place and the conditions under which the ‘captive’ emperor was living after the 2nd Maratha War.
