Shoulder belt plate, officers’, Poplar and Blackwall Volunteers Tower Hamlets, 1803. Oval badge with unit monogram, ‘P&VB’, within a garter bearing the motto, ‘Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense’, surmounted by crown.
