Embroidered front ‘QUIS SEPARABIT/MDCCLXXX III’ sewn on to a dark blue cloth ground, a mauve ribbed silk colour, having at the centre the embroidered Star of the Order of St Patrick in proper colours and an embroidered gold wire shamrock in each of the two dexter corners and the lower sinister corner flying from a gold wire embroidered stave with a gold wire cords and tassels hanging down on the sinister side. Above the colour a monarchial crown embroidered in proper colours in gold wire and silk on a crimson velvet cushion. Below the colour a pair of embroidered crossed sabres the hilts downwards the blades in silver wire, the hilts in gold wire and sequins applied.
