Description
Manuscript diary dealing with the Indian Mutiny, 1857-1858. Contains a bookplate of Francis Macan Lind and headed, ‘Jim’s Experiences’. Since it deals with the activities of the 5th Punjab Infantry and since Lind was an officer of the regiment at the time, it seems likely that it belongs to him. Microfilm copy to be used.
