Description
Sections of the Berlin Wall, 1970 (c). Constructed in three concrete parts with iron core; graffiti is featured on both sides. The first section features a commemorative bronze plaque, illegible writing features across the second and third sections and the back of the first section features yellow graffiti of various illegible markings. All of the graffiti is not original as the sections of this part of the wall came from the outskirts of the city and were undecorated, unlike the wall in central Berlin. The names refer to a British officer and his family in the Royal Logistic Corps. Associated with Cold War (1945-1989).
