Description
Badge, possibly part of a pouch badge or a shoulder belt plate, 1st Regiment Mountsbay Volunteer Infantry, 1805 (c). Silver. Within an oval garter, a stringed bugle horn, the whole surmounted by a monarchial crown. There are four lugs at the back. Between the top and bottom lug is a vertical white metal bar which appears to be an addition.
