Other ranks’ waistbelt clasp, 1st Volunteer Bn Gordon Highlanders, 1882-1908. White metal, plain. Upon a horizontally grooved circular plate, the raised numeral ‘1’. Surrounding the plate, a frosted circlet with raised rims bearing the raised title ‘VOL BATT / GORDON HIGHLANDERS’.
