Description
Lucknow, 1857. Tinted lithograph by M and N Hanhart after a sketch by Lt William Robert Moorsom, 52nd (Oxfordshire) Regiment of Foot (Light Infantry), 1857 (c). Whilst serving as Deputy Assistant Quarter Master General to Sir H Havelock’s force, Moorsom was killed at Lucknow in 1858.
