Illustration of the tomb of Major Rowley in Waterloo. The small monument stands at the side of a large stone house, surrounded by a wrought iron fence. The lithograph would have originally been part of a volume of prints, entitled ‘Chateaux et Monuments des Pays-Bas faisant suite au Voyage pittoresque’ published in 1830.
