Prismatic compass, owned by Capt N Drury, 6th Bn Royal Dublin Fusiliers, 1914 Made by Stanley, London. Aluminium case with glazed circular window; plain body with cap fitted over the top, cap fits underneath to form handle; sighting arm hinged to front. Sliding bracket hinged mirror attached behind; prism bracket sited opposite. Shaped brown leather case, with lid secured by buckle; suspended by thin leather strap.
