Made by Hebbert & Company, London, 1908 (c) From a uniform worn by Lt Col Arthur Preston Hohler, 10th Bn The Duke of Cambridge’s Own (Middlesex Regiment). Hohler was made Lieutenant in the battalion, 19 Nov 1908, Captain on the 21 Feb 1912, Major on 1 Jun 1916 and Lt Col on the 25 May 1917.
