Housewife, Used by John Jackson who served with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers during National Service, 1956 to 1958, he later served in the Territorial Army. Contains two cotton reels and two sewing needles mounted on card, three balls of grey cotton, safety pins, two thimbles, one set of six brass buttons and one set of six plastic buttons.
