Description
Cup, Rangoon Volunteer Rifles, 1906. Indian European silver, made by P Orr and Sons, Madras, 1906. Lower bowl of the cup is fluted, upper band is plain with the inscription, 'RANGOON HORSE SHOW/ 1906/ BEST CHARGER MOUNTED CO R.V.R./ 1ST PRIZE/ WON BY/ A Mc Keand's B.W.G. 'CHUM'. Upon inverted trumpet shaped foot with beaded edge, stem has central knob. Relating to Lt A McKeand.
