Depicts a sunrise surmounted by a monarchial crown, with waves below and an anchor with rope entwined, all within a circlet of dark blue enamel inscribed, 'OLD COMRADES ASSOCIATION', at the top is a light blue enamel bar inscribed, 'E.F.I' at the bottom a light blue enamel bar inscribed, 'N.C.S.'.
