Description
Shoulder strap, captains’, Women's Auxiliary Corps (India), 1944 (c); associated with World War Two (1939-1945). Khaki cotton drill. Understrap similar sixe to over strap. Buttonhole in free end of each strap. Over strap bears Captain's metal badges of rank and a brass shoulder title of the following design: the pierced letters: W>A>C (I). Split pin fastening.
