Description
Other ranks’ shoulder belt plate, High Peak Volunteers, 1803-1814. Brass. Die struck. Upon a burnished ground, an eight-pointed rayed star, at the centre of which is a monarchial crown above the royal cypher ‘GR’ upon a frosted ground. Reverse bears a hook at top and two studs at base.
