Letter sent to Douglas McKie from Henry Albrecht, 1916. Describes the poor conditions at the front, and the good work done there by the YMCA. With envelope. From a collection of personal correspondence and notes of Douglas Hamlin McKie, Artists' Rifles and Northumberland Fusiliers who was killed at the Battle of Arras, 1917. Sent during 1916. Associated with World War One (1914-1918).
